We have a pricelist on our website with information about our prices, but at first we advise you to connect us on 020 88309782 to talk over about the initial view of your place. The quotes that we will give you do not oblige you to use our services and are free of charge. We will also inform you about our current promotions.
We are offering completely free visits to your place, which are obligation free. Call us on the phone for an arrangement. We will not offer you such a visit if:
- We can give you information about the price on the phone;
- We do not offer our services in the place where you live;
- When apart from fixing of your floor, additional repairs are required, and the material of your flooring can not be identified on the first visit.

We accept payments by cheque, cash or bank transfer. You should transfer the sum, owed to us, in the day when the flooring service is finished. You can give the cash money or the check to our employee. If BACS, you must give reference and bank data to our staff when they leave your place.
Yes, we have minimum charges and they are as follows:
- Wood floor repair at least 2 hours - £136.00 ex. VAT.
- Wood floor sanding and sealing - £380.00 ex. VAT.
- Solid and engineered wood floor installation - £320.00 inc VAT
- Laminate floor installation - £280.00 inc VAT.

It depends on your wish but we recommend that you are there when the floor installation or fixing takes place. You need to be present:
- The first day when our employees arrive, in order to meet them and instruct them, this is not valid if you have another arrangement with them;
- If additional information is needed about skirting, colors, etc. This is not valid if you have discussed this in advance;
- When the work is done, to fill in the evaluation sheet and to make the payment.
Yes, our company has insurance and has comprehensive Public Liability, Treatment Risk and Employers Liability Insurance.
Enfield Floor Sanders will take into account any complaint from the Client’s side, in connection with our floor installation and restoration services. Enfield Floor Sanders will check and repair the damages, if any. The Guarantee will cover all the costs for the change of the materials, also the present flooring, if the cause for the problem is the usage of wrong materials or products during the floor restoration or installation.
Our guarantee is not valid in the following cases:
- When the damage is a result of other companies' or persons’ service, after the installation has been done from us, humidity or leakages of home appliances;
- When our services are provided when the flooring of the client is too old, its upper layer is worn out;
- When gap filling with resin fillers is applied.
Enfield Floor Sanders informs that floor sealings guarantee is offered by the manufactures and is depending on its usage - the one component sealing has a different lifespan - 3 years for rooms with lower traffic and 1 year for such with higher traffic. The two component sealing offers least 2 years for hallways.
Our company will provide all the equipment and tools, needed for the fulfillment of our services. But if the needed service is wooden floor installation, then the skirting and all the necessary products and tools can be supplied either from us, or from the client.
All our prices are subject of VAT and in general the final price we give you is with VAT, unless something else had been arranged.
If there is a free parking place near you, we will use it, if you own a parking place, we would kindly ask you to use it. If the parking next to your home is paid, the bill for this will be added to the final bill you have to pay to Enfield Floor Sanders. If you live in London congestion area, then we will pay the congestion tax.
In accordance with our previous arrangement, our team will work on the weekend.
No, Enfield Floor Sanders is loyal to its customers and therefore there is no additional tax for work on the weekends.
Of course, when the area is clean and tidy, we will be able to do our job much faster. We advise you to move lighter furniture and flower pots from the room, if you require a cleaning service. If you need sanding or new flooring installation, then the bigger furniture has to be taken away as well. We can do this for you for £80.00 per day.
If the service that you require is installment of wooden flooring, then you will be required to pay the whole price for the flooring on the day when you book this service. The other services, provided by our company, are paid when we finish them, no advance payment is needed.
The first layer of varnish needs one hour to dry, and the last layer – at least two hours. After that there could be a light traffic on the floor. You can put your furniture back in the room twelve hours after the last coat.
Yes, we provide fitting services, but the materials for it we purchase from another company. But our guarantee does not include any faults, which are due to the manufacturer.
Yes, we work with such companies. If the service required is a floor installation, it has to be paid in advance either by the client, or by the insurance company. Before the job from Enfield Floor Sanders is arranged, the insurance company has to send us a confirmation in written form that is accepts the quote. After that the payment conditions have to be arranged.
The guarantee does not include gap filling. We want to inform you that while working on the surface of your old floors when we are fixing it and try to stabilise it, before starting with the gap filling, the solidness and its wearing and the state of the joints define the resistance of the gap filling, not the quality of the product or our service.

Yes, you can and this is absolutely free of charge. But we will need this information at least four working days in advance when a job is arranged, so we can rearrange another suitable time for you. For a visit on place, we need information about appointment rearrangement one working day in advance.
